- Strategic business planning including partner search and, if appropriate, the creation of partner exit routes. KATO Consultancy is run by Phil Shohet FCA and Andrew Jenner FCA whose extensive experience within the accountancy profession, both in practice and as consultants, gives them a unique understanding of the problems facing practitioners today and has enabled them to create practical solutions that will achieve dramatic results.
